Coasters processing and shipping: Please order 3-4 WEEKS prior to your event date as I am always adding onto my schedule. Your coaster(s) will be shipped 8-10 days (via UPS Ground) before your due date regardless of how early you place the order. COASTERS ARE PAINTED AND SHIPPED IN THE ORDER OF EVENT DATE TIMELINES! You will also receive a photo of the finished coaster(s) before shipment/tracking information is sent to your email (CHECK SPAM FOLDERS).

These coasters are created special for you! Each one is hand painted uniquely. WHEN YOU PLACE THE ORDER, A FORM WILL BE SENT VIA TEXT/EMAIL IN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS. (This form will ask for details such as the following: due date and color)! THE DUE DATE AND DETAIL INFORMATION IS NEEDED BEFORE A DRAFT CAN BE SENT VIA TEXT/EMAIL FOR REVIEW AND APPROVAL! NO COASTER WILL BE PAINTED OR COMPLETED UNTIL THE FORM IS FILLED OUT ASAP!
