SHOP POLICY FOR CANVAS ORDERS

Please note that I am not responsible for mishandling by the shipping carrier once your canvas leaves my studio. While every piece is carefully packaged to ensure protection during transit, I cannot control how carriers handle packages.

If your canvas arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling (such as punctures, tears, or structural damage), please email clear photos of the packaging and artwork within 48 hours of delivery. A claim must be successfully processed with the shipping carrier before resolution can be issued.

Once the claim is approved, a store credit will be provided toward a future order.

Due to my heavily booked schedule and the custom nature of each piece, I am unable to repaint artwork at short notice. Refunds are not offered, as materials, time, and partial shipping costs are incurred once creation begins.

If a draft has already been emailed for approval (for custom orders), refunds cannot be issued, as this marks the start of the custom creation process.
