Rush Order Fees: Any order needed within a 1-2 week timeframe (5-14 days before the due date) requires a corresponding “rush order fee” purchase along with the purchase. Without the fee purchased, the ball will not be completed by the specified due date due to my heavily booked schedule!! This fee bumps you up in my current 500+ order schedule & allows for a faster shipping timeframe to be selected for delivery! Always email me at brittzstudio@gmail.com if you have questions!!

Please note for drafts: Due to the high volume of orders, drafts will be sent at least 20 days before your event date for all events. This allows extra time for any last-minute theme changes on the client’s end and helps avoid the need for redrafts! Once a draft has been sent for approval via email, the order cannot be cancelled due to the custom nature of the process.
