Ordering Tips:

  • Choose a listing that matches your theme: birthday, graduation, welcome home, or bachelorette. For other themes, use the “miscellaneous” listing.
  • READY TO SHIP banners are available for quicker turnaround times.
  • Read all order details carefully before purchasing to understand availability, timelines, and draft schedules

✨Shipping + Order Timelines: All banners ship via UPS 2–3 day shipping, 5–8 days before the due date—regardless of when the order was placed.

✨DRAFT TIMELINE: Due to a high volume of orders, design drafts are sent at least 10 days before your event date. This allows time for any last-minute theme updates and helps prevent the need for redrafts. Once a draft has been emailed for approval, the order cannot be cancelled, as each banner is custom-made.

✨RUSH ORDERS: Any banner needed within 1-week (5–7 days) requires a “Rush Order Fee” purchase along with the banner listing. Without this fee, the banner cannot be completed by the requested date due to my booked schedule. The fee ensures prioritized completion and faster shipping.
