I will not be able to repaint any banners at short notice due to my heavily booked schedule which is why I offer store credit in return for the shipping and handling inconvenience. Due to the custom nature of each banner and the costs involved in shipping that is partially covered by the seller, refunds are not offered. Please note that I do everything possible to ensure banner safety before I ship it off; however, I cannot control the handling of the shipping carrier.
