If your banner arrives in unsatisfactory condition due to carrier mishandling, a store credit will be issued toward your next order if desired—once a claim has been successfully processed with the shipping carrier after receiving photos of the damage from the buyer. I will not be able to repaint any banners at short notice due to my heavily booked schedule which is why I offer store credit in return for the shipping and handling inconvenience. Due to the custom nature of each banner and the costs involved in shipping that is partially covered by the seller, refunds are not offered. Please note that I do everything possible to ensure banner safety before I ship it off; however, I cannot control the handling of the shipping carrier. Refunds will not be given if a draft has already been sent via email for approval as this is the starting process of the custom order and takes time to create.
